Chuck Sudina entered the recruiting field in 1977 and founded Sudina Search in 1983. Chuck attended the University of Baltimore and is very active in various local charities and business organizations including: The Archbishop Curley High Endowment Campaign, Greater Baltimore Committee, Maryland Business Council, Greater Baltimore Technology Council and the Maryland Recruitment Association. Chuck currently serves on the Board of the American Association of Finance and Accounting.
