Students MUST obtain a parking permit from both campuses to use parking facilities at both campuses. You will need a University of Baltimore parking permit to park on UB's campus and a Towson University parking permit to park on Towson's campus.
Parking permits for UB/Towson MBA students (and UB MS Accounting students) will not be charged for Towson University parking permits.

The UB campus maintains several parking facilities, and limited on-street parking is available around the main campus during non-peak traffic hours. There are six lots available to registered students, faculty, and staff. Tell the front desk attendant that you are a student in the UB/Towson MBA.
Towson offers student parking in designated student lots and four garages. Special parking areas for motorcycles are also available. All parking rules and regulations are enforced year-round, unless the University is closed. All motor vehicles parked on campus anytime from 6 am to 8 pm Monday through Thursday and 6 am to 3 pm on Fridays must display a valid parking permit. Vehicles in violation of this regulation will be ticketed.
